Creamy Avocado Tuna Salad
A delicious, creamy, and simple avocado tuna salad that's great for meal prepping in a pinch.
- 1 ounce canned tuna
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/8 cup red onion
- 1/16 cup cilantro
- 1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/31 teaspoon black pepper
Finely dice: red onion and cilantro.
Mix: all ingredients in a bowl. You can mash up the avocado if you want more of a traditional tuna salad texture or you can leave them as chunks in the salad.
