Lemon Pepper Ground Turkey Bowl
This ground turkey bowl recipe is great for last-minute meal prep.
- 1/3 pound ground turkey
- 1/8 yellow onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon black pepper
- 11/2 cup premade cauliflower rice
Prep: finely dice onion and garlic.
Heat pan: add a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add: ground turkey, onions, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, and garlic to pan. Cook for 15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
Meanwhile: microwave cauliflower rice according to directions on package. Serve turkey over cauliflower rice.
