Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops about 1 inch thick (bone-in for best flavor)
  • 1 ⁄4 cup avocado oil or other cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • ½ tablespoon dried thyme
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate: Add oil, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, rosemary, garlic, thyme, salt, and pork to a bag or bowl and let marinate between 20 minutes -1 hour.
  2. Preheat: grill for 10 minutes. Set heat to medium for a charcoal grill or medium-high for a gas grill.
  3. Grill: add pork directly above heat and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, only turning once. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting or serving.
