Slow Cooker Vegan Lentil Sloppy Joes
- 0.5 yellow onion
- 1 cup green lentils
- 1 cup water
- 14.5 ounce tomato sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
Finely dice: onion.
Add: onion, lentils, water, tomato sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and paprika to the slow cooker.
Cook: on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
