Greek yogurt is a great way to add some extra protein and lighten up your classic tuna salad! It does have a slightly different taste and texture than tuna salad with mayo but it’s still delicious.
Greek yogurt does add a little bit more tang than mayo does so you definitely need sweet relish to balance it out. You could also add some chopped apples or dried cranberries as well to provide more sweetness for balance. Sunflower seeds are another great idea to add some crunch if you’re adding the tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or salad.
