Chickpea is the perfect vegan alternative to spice up your classic tuna salad. While it’s not a perfect duplicate, it’s still just as delicious and even more nutritious.

With dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar, this salad has a unique flavor profile that’s anything but boring. This salad has a lot of tang, so adding sweet toppings like raisins or apple slices can help balance things out. If you’re looking for some crunch, walnuts are a great-tasting option.
